Shipping and Delivery Options
We offer a variety of shipping options to suit the needs of our customers.
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods to suit the needs of our customers:
- UPS
- DHL
- FEDEX
- USPS
We strive for a swift preparation process and orders are typically processed and dispatched within 7 to 9 days so that customers can receive their items promptly.
In-store pickups
We offer a convenient local pickup option for those who prefer to collect their orders in person. It is designed to provide a fast and efficient way for local customers to receive their products without waiting for home delivery.
All orders are custom products which are typically ready for pickup within 7 to 9 days. Please wait for the confirmation email before coming to the store to pick up your order.
Pickup hours are as follows: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
On arrival at the pickup location, customers are requested to present their order confirmation. This process helps to ensure that orders are safely and accurately handed over to the right person.
International Shipping
We recognize the global nature of online shopping and are fully committed to accommodating the needs of our international customers. Our services are currently available to customers in the following countries: USA, Canada, UK, Costa Rica. We are dedicated to providing efficient and reliable shipping, ensuring that our products are accessible to a broader audience.
Your order will not include any possible customs taxes or duties that your country might impose on packages originating from outside your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges upon delivery. For clarification on rates, please contact your country’s customs office. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country’s customs clearance process.
Please note that the free shipping and flat rate shipping offers are not applicable for international orders.
Delayed Orders
Unexpected delays can occur due to various reasons such as logistic challenges, inclement weather, high demand, or carrier issues. We are committed to handling these situations with transparency and efficiency. In the event of a delay, our priority is to keep you informed. We will promptly notify you with updates on the status of your order and the expected new delivery time. Our goal is to provide clear and accurate information so you can plan accordingly.
Tracking Orders
We have a comprehensive order tracking system for order fulfillment and shipping to keep you informed every step of the way.
You can view the Order fulfillment status within Your Account at mylab.eocalab.com and you will also receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. This number can be used on our website or the carrier’s website to view real-time updates on the location and status of your shipment.
For certain orders, we may require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure the safe and secure receipt of your package. The signature may be required based on the selected shipping method.
